FAQs

  • We have pre-reserved rooms for Saturday night at The Ramble Hotel for a discounted rate.

If you are only interested in booking at The Ramble on Saturday night (the night of the wedding celebration) you can use this link to do so.

To reserve Saturday night plus any additional nights please email the Director of Rooms, Carola “Coco” Escudero, you can also reach her by phone at 720.996.6300 if that’s your thing. Additional nights will be offered with 20% off the current best rate, so it is our recommendation to book as soon as possible to lock in a lower rate.

Note: The Ramble Hotel only has 50 rooms, so we do recommend booking at your earliest convenience (even if you just start with Saturday night!) If at any point in time we reach capacity at the hotel we will note that here.

  • Of course! While we would love to have you join us at The Ramble Hotel, we understand it might not be the right fit for a variety of reasons. We are fans of The Catbird, which is less than a mile away, still located in the River North Arts District (RiNo), otherwise there are a number of hotels in the LoDo area, we recommend: The Maven, The Westin, The Rally, or The Oxford.

We do want to call out that our festivities on Friday and Saturday are both in the RiNo area and involve drinking, so please be prepared with your travel plans. Lyft and Uber are both easy to access in this area but can cost a premium on Friday and Saturday evenings as there are many bars in the area, please consider and factor that in if you are booking elsewhere for monetary reasons.

  • To celebrate this occasion, we are requesting everyone abide by a formal dress code, the evening of our big day.

We suggest that folks wear a suit in any color, a floor-length or cocktail-length dress, or any manifestation of these elements in the way that best affirms their gender expression. Weather should be taken into account as we will be enjoying both indoor and outdoor spaces at the venue.

For all other events during our weekend, a casual dress code is acceptable.

  • Thank you for asking! While we would love to encourage you to stay present and away from your phones during the events, we understand this is an exciting time and you may want to capture your own memories.

First, please, feel free to take pictures at events on Friday and Sunday and post those anywhere you would like.

As for Saturday, we do ask that you refrain from posting anything to social media until the bride and groom have made a post on their own channels.

    We appreciate your understanding.

  • That is so sweet! And, while we love your children, due to certain restrictions at the venue we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on The Big Day.

With that in mind, we would love to see your kiddos at our Picnic in the Park on Sunday!

  • While we do wish we could spend every part of our weekend with all our guests, the dinner on Friday night is an opportunity for our family members to meet and come together in a more casual setting. Bringing together two large Irish and Italian families is no small feat, so we need to capitalize on this opportunity to build some bridges out of potatoes and pasta.

All of that to say, if you aren't a Lane or a Chabris (or a Theriault!), we will catch you at Welcome Drinks later in the evening!

  • First of all - welcome to Colorful Colorado! As a heads up, Denver is located a mile high, with an altitude of roughly 5280 feet, if you haven't traveled to altitude before (or if it's been awhile) we recommend taking it easy when you first arrive. Be sure to hydrate, rest up, and don't push yourself until you have a chance to acclimate. Chapstick, lotion, and an emotional support water bottle are all extremely helpful in this dry climate.

We recommend buffering your travels with a little extra time to be sure you can listen to your body and feel your best for all the festivities.

Pro-tip: If you want to be even more prepared, drugstores sell "oxygen in a can" that folks find helpful.

  • We know you are wondering: should I rent a car? The answer is a bit complicated! While we worked hard to keep our festivities centrally located, there will be a few moments where walking and public transportation will fail our needs: our recommendation is to rely on Lyft or Uber in these moments. With that said, if you are hoping to get out and explore the greater Denver Metro and surrounding areas, renting a car might make sense.

TL;DR:If you are here for the wedding and staying in the city, Lyft or Uber will have you covered for the moments walking or public transit isn't a great option. If you are using this trip as an opportunity to see anything else Colorado has to offer, rent a car.
